Bamboo Babe Returns and Exchanges

Returns

  • If your product is defective, damaged, or didn’t arrive as expected, let us know within 30 days of purchase.

  • Email us at hello@bamboobabe.com.au with your order number and a brief description of the problem.

  • We’ll guide you on the next steps and make it as hassle-free as possible.

Exchanges

  • Defective or damaged items: We’ll replace them at our cost.

  • Want a different item from our range?

    • If it’s the same value, we’ll send it to you for free.

    • If it’s more expensive, you pay the difference.

    • If it’s less, we’ll give you store credit for the difference.

  • Change of mind: You’re welcome to exchange, but shipping and any price difference is on you.

Tip: Always email us first at hello@bamboobabe.com.au so we can make sure your exchange is smooth.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are not refundable.

Delivery Issues

  • Sometimes parcels get lost or delayed. Start with your postal carrier—they usually can help first.

  • If that doesn’t work, reach out to us at hello@bamboobabe.com.au. We’ll help track it and find a solution.

Flash Sales and Promotions

  • Special sales sometimes have final-sale items.

  • Returns or exchanges for change of mind aren’t available for these items.

  • We’ll clearly state these terms during the sale.

We follow Australian Consumer Law, so you’re always protected if a product is faulty or not fit for purpose.
