Returns

If your product is defective, damaged, or didn’t arrive as expected, let us know within 30 days of purchase.

Email us at hello@bamboobabe.com.au with your order number and a brief description of the problem.

We’ll guide you on the next steps and make it as hassle-free as possible.
Exchanges

Defective or damaged items: We’ll replace them at our cost.

Want a different item from our range?

If it’s the same value, we’ll send it to you for free.

If it’s more expensive, you pay the difference.

If it’s less, we’ll give you store credit for the difference.

Change of mind: You’re welcome to exchange, but shipping and any price difference is on you.
Tip: Always email us first at hello@bamboobabe.com.au so we can make sure your exchange is smooth.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are not refundable.

Sometimes parcels get lost or delayed. Start with your postal carrier—they usually can help first.
