Pre-Order Policy
*Please note, the pre-order cancellation policy on product pages are that of the pre-order platform provider and may differ to that of Bamboo Babe (eg "try before you buy" is NOT offered by Bamboo Babe due to hygiene reasons!)
These Pre-Order Terms & Conditions apply to any Bamboo Babe products marked as “Pre-Order” on our website.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to purchase a product before it is physically in stock.
Pre-order items are not available for immediate dispatch.
Products eligible for pre-order will be clearly labelled on the product page.
2. Estimated Dispatch Timeframes
- Our current shipment is expected to arrive in Australia in mid March 2026.
- Orders containing pre-order items are estimated to dispatch from late March 2026.
Please note:
- All dates provided are estimates only and may change due to factors outside our control, including freight delays, customs clearance, or port congestion.
- Dispatch refers to the date your order leaves our warehouse, not the delivery date.
We will provide updates via email if estimated timeframes change.
3. Payment
- Customers can opt for full or partial payment when placing a pre-order.
- By completing your purchase, you authorise Bamboo Babe to charge your selected payment method immediately or when order is fulfilled.
4. Orders Containing Both In-Stock and Pre-Order Items
If your order contains a mix of in-stock and pre-order items:
- The entire order may be held and shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
- If you would like in-stock items shipped separately, please place separate orders.
5. Delays & Changes
While we make every effort to meet estimated dispatch timeframes, delays can occur.
If there is a significant delay beyond the estimated dispatch window, we will:
- Notify you as soon as reasonably possible, and
- Offer you the option to:
Continue waiting, or
Cancel your pre-order for a full refund.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- You may request to cancel a pre-order before it has been fulfilled by contacting us at hello@bamboobabe.com.au
- Once an order has been dispatched, our standard returns policy applies.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
